I think you can bleed if you are pregnant, but I'm not sure that it is considered a period. it's something else. and, the anemia and negative thing, no way. that's nonsense.

It is possible to be pregnant and still bleed, although at the point it isn't a period. It could be something normal, or a sign of a problem, so you should get checked out if you're pregnant and bleeding no matter what.
As far as ebing anemic and taking a home test, it will not affect the results. I'm anemic, and tested with a home test and it tested positive. Anemia is due to a low level of iron, and doesn't affect whether or not a home test witll detect the pregnancy hormone.

it's possible to have bleeding and still be pregnant!! Several women say that they have bleeding like a period and later find out that they're pregnant! Being an anemic shouldn't have anything to do with your test results! It may just be too early to tell!! Wait a week or two and test again if you are having pregnancy-like symptoms! Good luck

You can be pregnant and get something that looks like a period, my friend had her "period" for the first trimester of her pregnancy. The test will read positive, though, unless you just test late (I didn't show up positive for 8 weeks, but I didn' t get my period). Good luck!

you may bleed if you are pregnant, but they are not "periods". Anemic or not, will not affect the test in anyway.

I knew two people that did not know they were preg. and they still had bleeding as if they had a period ...the first person had one until she was five months along and the second was six weeks along during her last bleeding.
