No really, I am not asking an opinion, I want facts. Why do you think auto makers hire "German Engineers?" Why don't they hire Irish Engineer?....

It's simple: the Germans and Japanese have superior education systems that make many others look like the dark ages. In Germany, you go to college or train for whatever trade you like for free. It's state supported and that ensures that their economy is always moving forward. In America, we have a 130 year old model that doesn't work, our government doesn't support our school systems and instead use it as a political mechanism to get votes, and that has created a culture that really doesn't put that much stock in education. It's sad really.

There's no such thing as one nationality being more intelligent than another. You could find data saying that such-and-such a nationality has higher test scores than another, but that is meaningless because education isn't standardized and test scores don't equal intelligence anyway.

That's really impossible to say. You say you want facts, but how would you determine whether one natinality is more intelligent than another? You can't. Period.

intelligent people as well as stupid, ignorants ones are not a sole property of any particular country, they are all scattered all over the world, geniuses you can see and born in different countries and continents.
