No, even the most primitive of societies have rules. Animal societies have a hierarchy and rituals are carefully observed or the leader of the group could maim or kill you and no one comes to your rescue. It's understood that no one shows disrespect. In North American human society, we now tolerate disrespect because of someones age or infirmity and the break down of our society is obvious to everyone.

any society can exist without any morals or values as long as everybody will do the right thing. the morals and values are set because of the existence of some ***$%^& who always wants to get ahead at the expense of somebody else.

Depends on what society you'd like. Even sadistic, rapist, rampaging criminals can have a society. May not last long.
