Judge Judy frequently says to her litigants, (be they plaintiff or defendant) ..."Baloney."
How does that translate into a legal scenario where the; 'cases are real and the rulings are final'?

It doesn't "translate" to anything. That's just her saying "bullshit."

It means she's not buying what the person is saying, for one second. It's not wise to lie to Judge Judy. She'll eat you for breakfast as soon as she smells one lie...and she has a sharp ear for it too.

Well, I used to watch sometimes. Think she comes on during the day, so my mom watches sometimes because she's home during the day more often. Normally I'm in the ministry when she comes on, but when she is home, maybe I'll watch and try not to get hooked. She can be annoying, yes, but then I just change the channel.
