I got someones email but im not sure if its legit...can someone tell me if theres a website or something i can do to figure it out...i could email the person obviously but i dont know if they will reply me.....so if i dont get an answer then i wont know if the person doesnt wanna talk to me or if the persons email isnt legit...please help me out

If you send an email to someone who's address is not correct it will come flying back to you with a message from quail mail saying not a good address. So go ahead and send it. If it doesn't come back to you and you get no response then that means they don't want to correspond.

Put your cursor on the from or subject line of the e mail, right click and then click on properties in the drop down menu

if the email is fake you will get an error msg back in your inbox, well thats what happened to me

You could always call the person who you think sent it to you. Also, you could ask them to tell you something that only you and that person would know.

You can send it in to http://snopes.com and they will research it for you. If there is a demand, that is.
