Is this the repulican's swan song and last kick at the "CANADA" before they depart their miserable make believe world on nov.7?This could open up the whole dispute of the 49th parallel over DAVID THOMPSON and FRENCH CANADIAN EXPLORATION OF THE NORHTERN TIER STATE TERRITORIES long before LEWIS & CLARK showed up, not to mention the POSSIBLE secession of ALASKA to CANADA.

Only one person or group of persons coould explain that to president Bush, and that is a hypothetical Canadian Navy. We need to get busy very fast and rebuild our Navy to patrol the Northwest passage. If we abandon it, it will be hard to claim it back.
