I need advice, so anyone with medical exp...would be great.

I write the answers on here..or say a letter to someone....and I have started to write things a little out of tune..

I write certain words like this...special=spceial or understood=unerdstood?

Can anyone shead some light on this...as it is now an ongoing problem....and I am 52...

I have to read everything I write, and double check it all the time?...any ideas.please be serious, it is a big concern now for me! so I need good input..if you do not know, please let this question go.Many Thanks.....

I do this frrom a lack of formal typing training plus my desire to type faster than I can competently do it.

If you never had this problem before, then I'd ask a doctor to refer you to a neurologist.

Brain injuries and other conditions can cause language-based symptoms, and I'd ask a doctor to help rule out a stroke, tumor or other condition ...

This is completely new? Before that, you had no particular cues that you might be spelling incorrectly or exhibiting other symptoms? You should augment the question with more of a history if you're serious. You're describing anything from dyslexia to ADHD (neither of which anyone would dare to diagnose in an anonymous forum like this).

have you looked up anything on disslecia(think i spelled that right)? maybe thats what it is, thats what it sounds like. but theres two typres, one for stuff like math and others for writing, i'de look it up and see if you have any similiar signs
