how do dolphins help each other?

They have been known to gather around mothers and lift the little one to the surface. Or to help right one of the others who is tilted the wrong way in the water and so in danger of drowning. And I seem to remember hearing about them rallying to fight off sharks that have attacked their pod.

Tigger i think is right. I also know that they help each other catch fish.
