I was wondering if there was a such thing as disposable "color" contacts. If so, whats the price range, and where could I get them (i.e. Walmart or any other store) as of....now??

There is such a thing as disposable "color" contacts. It is amazing the different colors or "eyes" that you can get. The main issue is that you have to get a prescription for them - even if there is no "power" to the contact lens. Doing that - they are cheaper as well then buying the "theatrical contact lenses" which run close to $80 a pair. The disposable color contact lenses range from $25 (for multiple sets) and up depending upon the maker. Check with Walmart Vision Center - they can at least get you the prescription and then you can order from them or online if its cheaper. Have fun!

Yes, there is such a thing as disposable color contact lenses and you can purchase them anywhere that has an optometry including Wal-Mart. They run anywhere between 20 and 30 something dollars a box and considering you need a box per eye if your perscription is different that's about double the dollar amount from clear disposables. If you don't need Rx or have the same Rx on both eyes then I guess you don't necessarily need to buy two boxes (one for each eye) but they still cost about double the amount. I suggest buying them at Costco- they're the best price and even beat Wal-Mart by a few dollars.
