I read all the Beatles were of Irish Catholic heritage. I also read George Harrison was the only full blooded Irish Catholic in the group. Is that true?

Yes from what I can read in Wikipedia and other sites they were all Catholic but not necessarily practising.
Paul McCartney is a Catholic, but was raised non denominationally by his Mother.
Harrison later became attracted to Indian music and Hinduism, sparking unprecedented interest in Eastern beliefs and music in the Western Hemisphere.
