I want to rip up a shirt but not quite sure how or what to wear. Any ideas would be helpful! Thanks!

If you want to make a shirt (or other piece of clothing) looked like it is "claw torn" the way I used to do it is:
Get a cutting board, wooden preferably.
Put the cutting board inside the shirt if you can... this is harder with pants and stuff, but you can figure out a similar method.
Stab the knife through the shirt into the cutting board and hold it down.
Pull the shirt uneavenly with the knife sticking into it until you have a couple inches of tear.
Do this a few times until you have the amount of ripping that you want.
Tear the wholes just a little bit with your hands so that there is a little bit more "fray" to be more realistic looking.
Remember that blood suffers from gravity! If you want to put fake blood on the tears, do it from the middle to the bottom with only a little bit of blood near the top, it'll look more realistic this way.
Remember to never put more than 4 rips right next to eachother... no animal in the world can hit with all 5 fingers evenly (or even HAVE 5 claws to begin with), so having 3 or 4 rips can look a lot more realistic as well.
To make it sexy.. have the rips right along the base of your ribs up to about where your breasts meet your arms... it won't show too much, but just a little bit, and the effect is substantial hehe.
remember your lower back, upper back, and midrif are sexy! these are good places for rips too...
When you do your hair (if you do), make it "messy" but sexy at the same time... shake it around and don't fix it too much, just enough so you can see everything, etc... but still get it styled the way you like it before you do that... works great.

That's a hard one, because werewolf's involve alot of hair, but sexy costumes are either very revealing or very tight. So, here you would have to go with really tight, because you can't be revealing and hairy, that's just not sexy. I would suggest this: Find some stuffed animals that you don't want anymore (fuzzy teddy bears would probably work best) and lay a towel down on the ground and begin cutting the hair off the bears and let it collect in the towel until you have enough hair to cover your upper body. Then, get a leotard or body suit (you can get an inexpensive skin colored one at any costume store) and some spray adhesive. Also get a pair of brown tights (or whatever color matches the hair from the teddy bears). Lay the leotard down on another towel and spray one side with the adhesive and sprinkle the teddy hair all over it. Let that side dry and do it to the other side. If you have any hair left, you can put a little on the tights too. When you are done, you will basically we walking around in a leotard and tights (very sexy), but will still look like a werewolf. You are on your own with the face makeup. Good luck.

I don't know how sexy you can be super hairy unless you have a french accent but. I would say Super Short Skirt maybe ripp a pocket and litle tank top with maybe the back ripped and if it comes up your neck maybe a couple rips in the front cute ears and tail but i think you are better off being a warewolf victim.. so much more ladylike. LOL

Oh yes... The hairier the better! Do not shave... Let it all hang out! A ripped or cut up shirt sharp and bloody fingernails, tight jeans, no shoes... blow dry your hair back... I hope it all works out for you! Happy Halloween!!!

Maybe a puffy tail and the cool ears. Some mags have cool ideas for your costume.
