No. Eugene is simply a character on RAW portrayed by Nick Dinsmore. He portrays an "idiot savant" when it comes to wrestling using moves from the 1970's as well as other WWE Superstars of today. There has been rumors that Dinsmore will be making a heel turn sometime in the next few weeks & will abandon the Eugene persona once & for all.

No, in Ohio Valley Wrestling I believe he wrestled under the name Nick Dinsmore, and his persona was quite intelligent. He was NOT Kevin Sullivan, who wrestled years ago when I was a kid as a devil-worshipping heel.

if he really was a retard he wouldnt be able to compete because actual mental retards cant control their strength so everytime they swing a fist or slam u to the ground it is with all the force they have and people could get seriously injured(a lot more often than normal)
