ok theres this boy n hes my best friend. he tried to h/u wit me 2 weeks ago but i didnt like him. now i like him but hes going after my best girlfriend. she doesnt like him n wont date him because of me. he knows i like him but can it be possible that he doesnt like me anymore? if so how can i get him to like me again?

Wait. You didn't like him when he tried to talk to you 2 wks ago. Now that he's trying to talk to your friend, you suddenly like him. And everyone thinks HE'S the dog?
Ok well this poor guy is probably confused from what you did earlier. I would think you were a tease for acting this way too. Tell him you're NOT a tease and why you suddenly in 2 wks like him now.

Move on, honey! He isn't worth it. If he's trying to be with your best friend, that should give you an idea about what kind of guy he is. He's obviously out for one thing and that's why he moved on from you in the first place. He's a dog, honey. Let him go!!! You'll find someone better, trust me!

The best thing to do is to talk to him, maybe he thinks you still don't like him or he's maybe trying to get you jealous, talk to him one on one and honestly tell your feelings for each other, if you can't then get him alone and give him clues and flirt with him, show him you like him. If he likes you he'll show it back too. If not, don't waste your time.
