I forgot to mention that we WERE together for 2 years. We recently split up and many believe he is a player. How do i tell him he played too hard and he's going to be a daddy because of it?

Arrange to meet with him and tell him in person. Try to be calm and not get into an argument. Be clear that you anticipate child support, if you are planning to keep the baby. If not, tell hm your decision. He has a legal right to know, and you have a legal right to support.

If you are excited about the baby then you dont tell him yet! wait until you go to the doctor and get an ultra sound and then when you get the picture get him a card and put it in there or maybe have dinner and suprise him witht he picture on or under his plate!
- if you are not exciteda bout it just tell him ya know i am pregantn and i am scared or soemthing like that maybe you can have the baby but put it up for addoption if that is okay witht he both of you

Tell him that you'd really like to share in the choices together, but ultimately your opinion is going to be very important in the final decision. Sit him down and tell him you'd rather have him involved in the process than not. I had this happen once- it's not very fun. He said he couldn't be the father and I told him to get out, but it all worked out for the best.

You mean how do you tell him that you're pregnant? Women have a choice these days, so being pregnant doesn't mean you're having a baby.

If you're gonna keep it I hope its not in spite, cause your details made it sound like you're looking to get revenge. A child should NEVER be used as a means to get revenge on some boyfriend. The only revenge will be on the child, who possibly will grow up without a dedicated father in the home.

you should have himi home, make him dinner and when he goes to sit down there should be a pink bow wrapped around the fork and a blue bow wrapped around a knife or spoon. Or "looks like we are going to get a bigger table" on a card with a picture of a baby on it. This I love. Actually have a bun in the oven with pink and blue dye in the bun and show it to hiim once it comes out.

First, congrats. I wish you all the best, and I encourage you to be the best mom you can be.

I'm with everyone here. Just tell him. You have a lot of other things to worry about. And if he's a player, chances are this isn't his first baby, regardless of whether or not he knows.

Invite him round for a meal and have a silver salver with a cover over the top. Reveal a diaper and pair of baby shoes at the end of the meal :D

well when i fell pregnant with my first we were both at the Dr's so we found out together, the second time i told him over the phone....

why dont you tell him when it's just you 2.
i just found out we are going to be parents and thought i should let you know!!!!!

its hard to try and think of the best words to say because they never turn out right. just come out and say it, you never know he could be happy about being a dad

actually when i found out i was pregnant 2 years ago me and my bf at the time went and had a hoodie designed that said "i suffer from pms- pregnant mom to be syndrome" funny thing is that nobody really caught on till we were sitting around the campfire then all of a sudden my mom shouted out "omg our gonna have a baby" it was halirous although i miscarried at 9 weeks it still was a very cool way of telling everyone. with my last one i handed out little box's with diapers, bottles, and pacifers in them to all my family and close friends. they loved it. although that one to i lost they have something to always remember my child for.

There is no easy way to tell him. You just have to blurt it out and not beat around the bush. Just don't wait too long or things can get really ugly. Good luck!
