I wish I liked reading because I do agree that it develops your vocabulary greatly; esp. since English is my second language and I didn't grow up with my parents speaking the language. However, everytime I read it puts me to sleep!! I just start zoning and I'm out!!!

I LOVE TO READ! I'M A BOOKWORM/BIBLIOPHILE/BOOKAHOLIC/whatever you want to call it: i enjoy finding books i never thought of reading before, finishing books and being utterly satisfied with what happened. i love finding new authors to read and collecting their books. some people read to escape reality but i read to learn about my own life. i agree it is the highest art form and no one should pass an opportunity to read, whether it be for school or pleasure, enjoy every moment!

Have read over 565,000 books in my lifetime and am only slowing down a little. Still read about 5 books a week, though.

I do read and I agree with you. It is one of the best things anyone can do. It is more fun than anything else anyone can think of - AND - I do mean anything. I usually read two or three books a week.

I am a voracious reader--as much as a book a day!
Reading is like oxygen to me--I would die without it!
