There are many kinds of leaders in our communities. Bosses at work are leaders. There are leaders in churches and in schools. We also elect government leaders.

#1. Evaluate, make sure the right people are in the right jobs. Supporting, advancing those who are, moving those out who aren't.
#2. You have to coach, guide, help those improve their performance in every way.
#3. Build self confidence, encouragement, caring, and recognition. Self confidence energizes, gives your people the courage to stretch, take risks and acheive beyond their dreams. It is a fuel of a winning team.

a good leader must have the characteristics and have a strong and dominant personality and good convertionalist. apart from that, knows the practicality of life, can mingle to different kinds of people, whether poor, beggar to prominent personality. know the responsibilities of the indigents around him,ability and capable to implement the rules and by laws no matter what, and most have a strong determination to build and improve the status of the community. or any programs for development. i belong to NGO's and im proud to say im the leader in my community, the above mentioned are part of my criteria.
