Fear of the unknown. How do you know they aren't real? Spirits are VERY real my dear!

Because we are trained to be scared of them. Look at movies all the ghosts are in haunted houses. There aren't very many friendly ghosts.

There is no concrete evidence as to the existence or nonexistence of ghosts. People simply fear the unknown and perceive that it could be considered a threat to their well-being.

from the begining,the humans were affraid of what they don't know,that's why they invented gods,deities,spirits,ghosts etc. and i'm not affraid of ghosts!

We (people) are afraid of the possiblitiy that they might, keyword might, exist. We arent actually afraid of them persay. Hope i helped =D
