Hairspray, black eyeliner, black stretchy pants or REALLY tight jeans, black boots or CT Converse high tops with a vest or a rock t-shirt
Get your guitar and be an 80's Rocker!! Kinda like Glam Rock! that's what we used to call it... Glam Bands!

a punk rocker. They are cool. all you need is some black make-up and black cloths...spikes are cool too, but if you dont have them. Use tons of eyeliner, black lipstick, make your face look pale with some kinda white cream make-up (if you have any) and your pretty much set to go!! Happy Halloween

go as elvis. White pants white short and spike your hair. TAda..easy and you didnt' spend a lot of money.
Or a ripped t-shirt, jeans short of rips.. some bling bling.. and heavy make up around the eyes.
