I moved in w/ someone and I have paid 400 a month for 6 months to come to $1600 I ended up paying $1675.00.
We never had a lease and I am paid in ful and move out. We agreed to bi weekly payments and I just moved out because she lost her job and wanted me to give her one payment of $400 instead of bi weekly.
Because I have moved out PAID IN FULL and w/o a lease is there anything she can do to me?

She can't do anything to you. There was never a lease drawn, and although moving out because she lost her job may not have been the nicest thing to do, you had no obligation to stay.
It was piss poor of her to try to get you to advance your rent payment outside of the usual agreement, and I would've declined to do so as well.
This will be very he said/she said, and you should choose your words very carefully if she proceeds w/a case against you. If she ends up taking you to court, as long as you don't admit to bailing without notice, you'll be fine.

If she is the only person on the lease, then she is solely responsible for the payments.
If this was her own property and you had a verbal agreement which you honored...1. I hope you have proof that you paid her (i.e. canceled checks), 2. You should have given her 30 days notice (considering the agreement a month to month rental), but without a written agreement, it would be difficult to do anything about it. The most she could do is require you to pay one more month, considering that your last 30 days after notice you would be moving out, but since there was no written agreement, well, she's kinda out of options. A verbal agreement is definitely a binding agreement, but that leaves a lot of the other stipulations wide open.
I doubt there is anything she could do.

She can be really pissed...that's about it. but you should have given her notice, at least 2 months so she could find a new roomate, what you did was rude! Sometimes you have to think of others.
