I have had what they call "growing pains" since i was an infant. I am now in high school and still have these pains in my knees. My knees don't get swollen, but they do hurt and throb. Any ideas?

I get those a lot too... I just take something like ibuprofen or, Advil with a caffeinated drink... makes it kick in faster. Or I walk it off...
