I need to write a javascript function that converts numerical grades to letters. It must continuously prompt the user for input until they press cancel. How do I do this?
Also i need to write a javascript program that asks the user for inout and then reports the number of occurences of upper and lower case letter 'a' in the given string.

Sorry about the formatting. Yahoo takes all the tabbing out.

You are looking for a popup box to start with.
Then a loop, probably a do while loop!
Finally use a numeric range test to evaluate the grade to a letter.

Your next program will also use a prompt.
Then a for loop until then length of the string.
Then use the charAt() string method to compare the character to the values 'A' and 'a'
For each one you will accumulate a global variable.

It is all in this link!!
