I would like to refer to the Terry Fox story but all famous Greek tragedies are based on this concept so you can pick and chose. Good Luck with your project!

Go with something that at least has some interest to you like Martin Luther King, Abraham Lincoln, 9-11, are some biggies. Then there is Katrina, tragedy and bringing people together also..The Aides epedimic in Africa...tragedy but, bringing all kinds and different religions, rock stars, and everyone together to find a way to stop it, Anything in sports maybe...did someone die that was a hero...What about Dale Earnhart? Find something you are a little interested in and you just have to look for the subject. Good luck.
