Does anyone know how to make white halloween makeup go on smooth and neet...ive tryed and it was just all sorts of messed up
can anyone help me??? need the answere by tonight...have to celebrate halloween

If you are not using a high-quality brand, it's probably going to be streaky and nasty no matter how you put it on...try applying white face powder over the makeup. If you do not have any, baby powder works well too.

The best white makeup is Desitin Baby Rash Ointment. Goes on very easy, protects your skin from other makeup and washes off with mild soap and water. Happy Halloween!

Once you apply it, try smoothing it like you have been doing. After that, dab it with a cosmetic wedge sponge on any spots you want to improve on.
