I took castor oil with my first. I went from 60% effaced and 2cm dilated that day on the medical professionals and that night time I took this and five hours of throwing up and having water like bm's my water broke and I had my son eight hours later. gingelly or til oil .just worm it and apply on baby's body and let it dry for 30ts or so.it is even good absorbent of vitamin D if u keep the baby exposed to sunlight for a while
