Well, it's not because he's been outed as the war and death president. It's because Herr Karl Rove told him to do it, and is pulling those strings in his back to make his mouth move.

Well even some conservatives are saying we need to change tactics. I hope he will basically stay the course with some strategy changes. Like blowing up the mosques in iraq which is where AL-Queda plans it moves.

Because people thought that it meant don't change you plans, even if they do not work. Most people knew what he meant but the media didn't. VOTE DEMOCRAT anyway
