In college we used to "fork" peoples lawns. Buy a few boxes of plastic forks, grab a bunch of friends and sneak into someones yard. If you are organized and creative you can spell out something, but usually just sticking the fork tines into the lawn is enough. Annoying for the people who have to pull them out, but it does not damage anything. You can also buy some cheap birdseed and scatter that on the lawn. A flock of birds on the lawn and forks is a double whammie. Beware of putting Oreo's on someones car...the white goo in Oreo's is slightly acidic and will damage paint!!! Prior to pulling a prank you can use numerous sheets of newspaper (we used day old school newspapers) and tape it over the front door, so your "prankee" can't rush right out and grab you. Just enough to slow them down, but not enough to prevent them from leaving the house.

oreo someones car. Open up the oreos and stick the cream side on the windows. Stay away from the paint. Flour car windows. It makes a nasty mess in the morning as the dew makes a gum. Fork yards, place forks all over the yard, just out of arms length away, so that they have to pick up everyone of them individually

No.

Go Trick O Treating and get some candy or else get a horror movie to watch and some pizza.

Many people put a lot of work into decorating the outside of their homes to create a little "atmosphere" for the kids, and others decorate to add a little cheerfulness. Don't do stuff that makes messes.

We moved all the neighbors decorations in the yard to each others one time. Halloween decorations, bird bath, planters, etc. They were all out the next morning moving stuff back. It was kind of funny watching them. And nothing was hurt.

Uh no, come to think of it. I don't. At 14, I'm sure you don't need my advice, anyhow ( I raised 5 kids, and I have a good memory) But you all have fun.
