John Kerry has a habit of insulting troops.
He called them rapists like Ghengis Khan
He called them war criminals
He called them terrorizers in Iraq.
NOW, HE CALLS THEM DUMB.

you would be able to desire to be waiting to determine the version between the strikes of Bush and Kerry. Bush's pastime, no remember if or no longer you compromise together with his reasons, is to guard this usa. Kerry have been given caught in a topic many times reserved for Bush; he spoke without questioning. I have not any doubt he did no longer mean to assert what he did, yet particularly meant to bash Bush. in spite of the incontrovertible fact that, his comments got here at a foul time for his political occasion. If this became no longer an election year, Kerry's remark would have blown over without direct apology to the troops needed, yet that became no longer the case. So, to reply to your question, no, Bush shouldn't would desire to convey regret to the troops, and Kerry would not have had to convey regret the two. Bush is doing his pastime, and Kerry made a mistake.

Because the truth is that many of the people that become troops in Iraq are from middle America where jobs were outsourced and they don't have many opportunities. And for those people in those places if you don't do real well academically - what else are you going to do? Of course there are many highly skilled and educated people serviing in Iraq as well. So net-net is Kerry comes away looking like an azz. But there is a kernal of truth in his slip.

Because John Kerry wants to spend your money. He thinks he can spend it alot better than you can. John Kerry is all for the minortities! Troops volunteered. Troops want to be in IRAQ to play guns and fight! many of the troops enjoy the war!

I am not a bleeding heart liberal or a nazi republican i am somebody who isnt swayed by lies just somebody who can see things clear enough to say bush is a moron and really didnt think this move he made out. I served in the military for 6 years i have met face to face with kerry while in the military the guy isnt that bright however he has a lot more sense to him than what we currently got in office. open your eyes

The only lie is the one you typed, he said the WAR was stupid. He said that basically there is no exit strategy. When you start listening without prejudice, you'll get the entire story, then you won't have to make a fool out of yourself on here.

He put a nice spin on it, Bill. Now turns it around and blames it all on Bush. Wish that guy would just shut the heck up or we'll be stuck with the evil GOP next election too.

I love how so many people are taking this way out of context. He did not say the are stupid... he said so many young people are targeted for the army. Especially people with lower education because it is a way for them to go to college. He did not call them stupid. The majority of people who serve are country live in lower to middle class families who cannot affort to pay for there kids college so therefore they get stuck in a war!

I think that most people who heard his latest headline-making quote know EXACTLY what he's saying about our troops.
As a Republican and ex-Army officer...I hope he continues to give us his honest opinions and assessments all the way through to November 7th.
