I would prefer to see him serve about 20 years in prison for treason.

LOL!! No, thank goodness they can only serve 2 terms. You are right, he certainly wasn't elected the first 2 times!

20 years for treason wouldn't be just, that would be kind.
I heard that in war time the current president can stay in office, because there's a chance of the next president making things worse with the current war. I dont' know if it's true, maybe someone can chime in.

can't rightly call that one...but i believe if you read the rules on presidential terms you will find out that all he has to do is wait for years and he can run again.... i believe it states "no more than two CONSECUTIVE terms" it does NOT state that a candidate cannot run for additional terms after a break in presidential terms. So by right, Bill Clinton COULD run....better him that that THANG he's married to..... OF course you may want to check me on that....
