1) You don't have any more paper.
2) The paper tray is not fully engaged. Not sure what kind of printer you have; but you can try pushing the paper in or pushing the paper tray in to make sure that it is fully engaged.

Does it have multiple trays? If so, do they all have paper? It may be certain jobs you send are defaulting to a tray that is empty. Or like the other guy said, make sure it is fully engaged. Does it have an auto feeder, try testing that out. Does it still say no paper if you use auto feeder? Check the print configuration on the printer locally, and check the print config (printer properties) on your PC.

could it be the paper feeder is jammed with dust stopping it from operating or the paper guide may be too tight against the paper stock(i'm not going to ask if you have any paper in it, i trust you have enough brain cells to work that one out for yourself)
