Right before bed put on a THICK lotion or cream, and then put on some gloves (or clean socks). If that doesn't work you can also try mineral oil, or olive oil. And make sure to put lotion on right after you wash your hands.

Start by taking vitamin E Start with 200IU's a day to at least 400iu's. Then for hands roughened by work or possible allergies or exposure to chemicales I use a combination of baby oil(lite, if possible) mixed with vaseline Intesive care-whichever you pefer(aloe etc.) Mix it to a lite consistancy in a bottle from one of them. I use the baby oil bottle and have done it for years Don't use too much oil but the lotion helps the oil to go into your pores not set on the suface of your skin..[.Vitamin E helps from within]. Rub it in when you think of it and often as possible. Keep messing with the combo(more vaseline lotion) to get the one that feels right to you. Good luck! I also use Johnson's bedtime cream which is high in meineral oil. Made for babies so often in the Baby Isle.

First, use an exfoliator, like Neutrogena body scrub. Rub this all over your hands and rinse; then apply anything that contains glycerin or mineral oil as the first or second ingredient. Curel and Eucerin are two products. Shea butter and Olive oil works good, too and has lots of antioxidants.

properly i do no longer know approximately them getting to be as gentle as somewhat one's, yet, you ought to use a sturdy extremely moisturizing lotion or a 24 hour moisturizing lotion on your palms and reapply it after palms are transforming into moist. ( attempt something by skill of St. Ives or Lubriderm) as a methods because of the fact the feet circulate Its fantastically plenty an identical element, the lotion seems to proceed to exist and artwork somewhat extra desirable in case you shop socks on and observe until now you circulate to mattress and once you arise. ( I relatively have been utilising Dr.Scholl's in a single day footcream and it has finished wonders for my feet)

Mary Kay's Satin hands kit is great or you can try using an exfoliator, then lotion, then coat with vaseline and wear gloves overnight.
