Is it the nipp that is suppose to hurt and be sensitive or the whole thing. B/c my nipps hurt and are very sensitive but the other part doesn't hurt abit

It can all be sore! But generally the nips have increased sensitivity.

Everyone is different. My nips were extremely tender and sore but the rest of my breasts were also sore from time to time. I had a couple of weeks lately where they weren't sore at all but now that I'm 16 weeks, they are getting sore again.

it depends, when I was pregnant mine got sore too, my doctor said it was because they are getting ready for producing breast milk and breast feeding, that and your breast are getting bigger and working on producing milk.
