My father- in- laws name is Albert Gonzales on his birth certificate, my husbands name is Albert Junior Gonzales on his birth certificate(his mother put Junior as his middle name on accident). Can I name my baby Albert Jacob Gonzales III on his birth certificate?

technically you can name your baby anything yoiu want. But in this case he wouldn't be the third of anything. A) no one has the middle name Jacob. B) the names have to be exact to carry down.

Give your kid his own name! Albert is a crappy name anyways...call him Jacob Albert, and forget about the whole "the third" thing.

Will you call him "Tito"?

If the state allows it, yeah, go ahead. He is the third Albert......

In think it's a great way to honor your family.
