Probably the easiest way to do that is to say that you are moving in the area which they do not cover (no signal). In that case they may tell you that they have a raoming contract with some other company so maybe the safest way would be to say that you are moving or going for a long time out of country. In any other case you will have to pay a fee for breaking the contract. Which is probably anywhere between $200-$400. Good luck!

If you file 3 complaints I believe with your company for bad service.. (basically anytime you drop a call) they will allow you to drop your service with no fee I believe. I cancelled my service with a provider and they sent me the cancellation fee and I called them and told them I wasn't paying it because their service was horrible and as said above I was moving to an area that didn't get service and I was never sent another bill even though they didn't tell me they were letting it go. I've also heard that it's against the law for them to charge the cancellation fee for some reason.. (I could be completely wrong but it may be something to look in to out of curiousity) .. Hope any of this helped.

Well... if you are military there is a "Military clause". There is also generally a clause that allows for you to get out if you move to a place where coverage isnt availble. (Know anyone that will let you use their address outside of the coverage range?)
Lastly... you just pay the fee (usualy 150 bucks or so) for the contract term.

You really cant until youre contract ends unless youre in military because i've tried the moving gig and they brought up all this roaming stuff and that I signed a contract sorry. But the ultimate way to get out of it if they dont let you is to DONT PAY THE BILL so they drop you off the service. It may mess up youre credit a little but if you really want to get off the service you can do that but I wouldnt plan on getting that service agin! Hope that helps ;D :)

I know that with t-mobile you can do what's called a change of responsibility, if you know anyone looking to get service with them you can change over your account to that person they would take over all your stuff and you don't have to pay any fees.
