Hi. For a marketing research project, I am doing a survey on toothpaste. Could you please answer just five questions and indicate your age for solely resaearch purposes?

1. I prefer Crest
2. I usually buy in the single; although if there's a good double deal, I'll buy one of those.
3. Mint flavor
4. I usually buy Crest Whitening; although it removes plaque also
5. I buy the stand-up tube. I don't like having to roll the tube once it gets so low!
