I am looking for ideas on how staff training can be delivered in a correctional environment in the year 2030.?

I am working with a forward thinking group and we are currently looking for future trends regarding how staff training in a correctional setting should be presented in the future. We have come up with some ideas; such as: video game training, virtual, etc.; however, I am trying to solicit other creative ideas and I'm not getting to far when I search on the internet. If anyone has ideas, I would greatly appreciate it.
