How do I enable airplane mode on a razr cell phone?

I believe it is just a v3 not a v3i

on my phone you turn it off and then turn it on but hold the power button for about 20 seconds.. IT then starts in airplane mode.

yeah hold ur power bottom for a sec then will turn on again in airplane mode
