Get action taken on reporting child porn?

Question

About a week ago I received an e-mail with a "disguised" ad. When I clicked on it, I was very angered when I saw pictures of child pornography. I traced it down to the people hosting the site and informed them of it and requested that immediate action be taken but I when I checked today, the site is still there. How can I get somethng done about this? It's sickening enough to know this is really happening and many children are subjected to the horrors
of not only pictures but actual events like this. I didn't want to post the host here for everyone to see for themselves, for obvious reasons.

did you call the FBI? Call the closest FBI office and report it to them. .

and then call again tomorrow to make sure they are doing something about it.

Next, call the local TV station and report it to them, and see if they can get some action, maybe by doing a story on it. . (often TV stations and networks can get a LOT of results because of their highly visible position). .

I had the same kind of thing happen, and I called the FBI and reported it, etc

btw, I was sickened, back when I was still on AOL, I was sickened to death to find out that the most popular chat rooms on that site are child porn traders trading child porn pics and videos. .

when I started to point it out in certain forums on AOL, they tried to shut me up (AOL did!), and they blocked emails I sent to other members with this damaging information. .

I'm GLAD they are on their way down as an ISP . .

Just report it to the police and let them take care of it. It may take them some time to investigate and shut it down. They will probably will want to nail some of the visitor to the site in addition to those that run it. Also, if it is run from outside the USA there isn't much that they can do other than busting Americans that visit the site.

This topic is not to be taken lightly. I have a strong belief on this subject and what I am writing could become tangetial.

If parents on Planet Earth are effectively and efficiently educated,then they will find ways of eliminating this without creating laws that do not distinguish consenting ones from outright exploitation. Most, I say 96%, parents will NEVER allow psychological and/or physical harm to their children,so they get involved by having rapping on a regular basis. Rap is also an olde fashion word meaning to talk or discuss without fear or being ridiculed. Parents know what their children DO understand with the consequences on any subject. Only the negligent ones that refuse to comprehend that parenting is more than just feeding and clothing them need orders.

Politicians and Religious people need to only guide and not dictate as to how to live.

This should also apply to every country in the world.

Some of their cultures are similar,opposite with some in between.

It is called sovereignty meaning let their way of life decide their future. A lot of countries hate the USA because we sometimes untintetionally Amercanize their cultures. One way to see this is to read American history. After the US civil war why did Jim Crow laws come into existence. Why were no laws to make lynching of Blacks a felony. Why were the minorities to include Native Americans discrminated by the whites. Women of all races had few rights.

The Republic of Texas was created for ONE simple fact.

White Americans hated what the United States had become and the Mexicans hated the Mexican government because both were hypocrites. Before the US-Mexican war (1846 - 1848) the white Americans and the Mexican people in Texas co-existed peacefully and prospered.

A true Texan is a Texan first and American second. Texas is the only state that flies their flag on the same level as the US flag.

I SOMETIMES
believe that in addtion to outlawing pornography including adults, that children should NOT be allowed to dress similar to those in their twenties. No jewelry except for girls.

In other words teach children to behave as in "Leave it to Beaver" and "The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet"

Teach children manners and Etiquette. Teach them about ALL the consequences through sex education. In addition to Sexually Transmitted Diseases inform as how they are NOT EMOTIONALLY MATURE and can become psychologically harmed when they become adults. Masturbation is an excellent option so that kids do not enter relations just for sex,but only when they are about to enter puberty. WARNING !!!
Be carefull because some enter in when they are less than 10 years old. I began to develop breasts at age 9 and I was scared. I was saying what is happening to my body,but my mother and father never bothered to try and explain in any manner and ignored me. My grandparents never knew how to say it in a way children would understand they only understood it in adult terms 18+.

MOST IMPORTANT parents
Use words,expressions,and concepts in EFFECTIVE and EFFICIENT manner to their level of COMPREHENSION.

All forms of pornography are bad

Tantric and similar should be part of the curriculm.

Ignorant children make ignorant choices.

Report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children,
they have the pull to get rid of smut like this.
Just fill out the form and give them as much info as possible, I hope you saved the email it may help them find a way to stop it.
Thank you for being an upstanding citizen and trying to protect children.
I have complained about smut on the internet for awhile and my biggest problem now is with sex offenders on myspace and no way to monitor them.

It is very difficult to find out who the real culprits are, because the porn industry in general are computer savy. The best way to catch them is through stings that the authorities do to catch them, but usually they catch the ones that subscribe tothem. I used to watch porn a lot, but now I do not, because once you are on a porn site that has only adults in it, the kiddie porn people finda a way to stream it to your computer. I used to report it, but there wa little that the police could do. I quit watching it and the kiddie porn web sites did not stop popping up on my computer for almost a year. If the kiddie porn is coming up on your computer now, it means that either you or someone else is watching adult porn on your computer.

Wow...that's terrible.

I would go to the police as well & keep up on it. I'm sure this is not the only kind of website like this, but getting rid of @ least 1 is better than none.

I'd also check pervertedjustice.com for any tips.

Go there, fill out the information COMPLETELY, and mention the website address and all the details you know about of the site.

Sometimes, these groups act in rings and when they act on a lead, they take down 10-20 sites at a time.

Thanks for posting that question i don't have the answer but it is a serious crime and you should go to the police with that it's their job to arrest those people
