Registered Nurse Here; The majority of the female population, who is still having regular monthly menstrual cycle, usually experience some degree of breast tenderness prior to the cycle beginning, the reason is hormonal changes occurring, per paring your body for pregnancy, however when this doesn't happen, you began your cycle and the breast tenderness or soreness subsides, till the next time. Well sometimes if your the ages of 10-13,your titys hurts because they are growing.Usually when your boobs hurts if they are not fully develope

A few other things, stop running without your bra. Tell your significant other to stop playing with them so much. Or it just could be getting close to your time of month.

your hormones are fluctuating, and either you are already on your period, or fixing to start. at least mine hurt about a week before i start. if it hasnt happened before, then maybe you started or changed your birth control ? like pills. or maybe you started taking vitamins that u normally havent taken before.
