Well, you know your mom! Just ask her why you can't go - nicely. Tell her you'd really like to go, you've hoped too and wanted to for soooo long...
You could always sneak out, but I wouldn't recomend it. Too dangerous and usually a groudning...

Hard to say. Is this something she has always been against? Is it just this year? What reason does she have for you not going?
Generally, trying a respectful discussion with both parties giving their reasons and trying to work out compromises help. Is there something she would really like from you or has been wanting you to do that you can do in exchange for her letting your go?
If you do work out a deal or compromise, it is VERY important you keep your word and follow through with whatever you agreed to do.
P.S. Just a side note, those advising trying the "everyone else is going, they will make fun of me" or trying guilt trips does not work with most Mothers and can often just irritate them to the point you will have no chance at all and will just make you look immature.

Depends partially on how old you are. I think about the last year of highschool is the cut off for actually trick-or-treating until you have kids. If you're uunder about 9-10 years old, I think parents should go with you. Other than that, explain to her that you will be very responsible. See if you can get her to agree to a time limit. Offer to take a flash light and a cell phone. Figure out ways to make her comfortable with the thought of you going out. If it's just cause she want's you to stay home and give out candy cause she thinks your too old....I advise begging on your hands and knees. =3

Maybe you can convince her to go with a friend or a parent, depending on your age. I don't know what her reasons are. Respect her rules. If she relents, you have to go back home at a respectable time, if she gives you a curfew. You can help give out candy to the kids on your block, if she still says no.

I can understand why your mom would be upset. You knock on people doors and you don't know if the person behind the door is a wack job.
On the other hand. If your going with a group of friends then I see no harm in it. Just tell her your are going with friends and your going only to the houses they you know and have lights on.
Makes sure your costume isn't too dark and that you have flashlights on your and you stay in the group.

I wasn't allowed to celebrate halloween when I lived at home. Maybe there is something else you can do, instead of that, like going to a movie or out to eat. If you have any other friends who aren't allowed to Trick or Treat, ask if you can hang out with them.
It's cold outside anyway.

Dress up and hand out candy to the Trick or Treaters' that come to your home. If not that then respect your Mom. Talk to her about it you might be suprised as to why she doesn't want you to go.

I think u should tell that u gonna be with ur friends and would bring a cell phone incase anything happens. Also tell that u wont eat anything that looks open or from a person that look supicious when giving u the candy. O yea tell her 'I love you'. Be patient.

Tell her you'll go with a large group of good friends. You'll be safe in a group. And have her give you her cell phone so she can contact you if she gets nervous and vice versa. If anything you can also ask a friend to have their old sibling chaperon too, I am not sure how old you are.

Keep asking if she still say no do something nice for her and see if that works if not ask someone else to take you and have fun. If she will not allow you to go with them just sit outside and ask her to buy you some candy and talk about the other kids that come through that don't have alot of candy and eat yours in their face.
