~~~Yes, Please do tell your parents that you know they love you and that you love them too. There is no "School of Parenting" so we as parents have to take each milestone that our children go through and hope that we have taught them the best we know how. And for a child to tell the parent "I love you and I know that you love me too, thanks for being my mom and dad" that would be the best gift ever. Yes you may "think" your parents know you love them,,,but to actually hear the words will touch their heart more than you will know.
You misunderstood- God did no longer say to love your mom and dad He mentioned to honor them- this is tutor them know and if study that total verse it comes with a promise of an prolonged and rich life. No, God does no longer make blunders and He does a purpose and a plan on your life. Your final assertion - relatively you do have administration over that. the final you need to do is rather of harboring all that anger is to forgive and forget. As long you're offended they have administration over you and that they do no longer sound like people i might % controlling my concepts and heart and that's precisely what you're allowing them to do. That anger will seethe interior you and turn to rage- after which you will the two turn it inward an grow to be suicidal or turn it outward and grow to be homicidal. So- for the protection and sanity of your self and others - permit it circulate and allow God handle them as He might- he's the appropriate choose and His sentences are in basic terms.
It is very important for a parent to hear that. Especially when they get into the teenage years. It seems they always hate you.
My son and I say I love you everyday when he leaves.
My parents KNOW I love them. I tell my dad everytime I talk to him that I love him and he tells me. Before my mom died we were best friends and talked about how much we loved eachother all the time, So I know in my heart that she KNEW, and so does daddy in case anything happens. You should tell them, let them know that you love them, never hold anything back... it will come back and haunt you later!
It may be obvious, but I know they would want to hear it. I've made a habit of saying so to my dad a lot since we lost mom. He really, really appreciates it.
Speaking as a Mom and as a Daughter - it's always wonderful to hear the words - and to say them. :) Cards do wonders too.
They like to hear it in your words. Come on will it hurt you? Then tell them before it's too late and you regret never telling them!
