its quite common that you experience the whole 'morning sickness' dilema again in the last tri-mester.....the only thing i can suggest is that you keep up fluids and take a multi vitamin if your not already doing that......only 11 weeks left....all the best...

I am 19 weeks and I also feel dizzy. But for me it is always when I am doing something. Laundry, dishes, anything physical. I told the doctor about it but he doesn't seem bothered by it at all. It does concern me because it is one of the things that is keeping me from going back to work. I have a very physical job (housekeeping at a nursing home), so I would also like to know what causes this. It seems even stranger that it happens to you when you are sitting. Maybe you have an inner ear infection. Or maybe low blood pressure. Maybe you are tired out when you sit, or sit down to fast. I hope you find out. Definately take it easy!

Try eating several small meals throughout the day...also, drink plenty of fluids, especially water, if you are getting sick a lot, you will be dehydrated and they will half to admit you to the hospital and put an IV into you....That is definatley NO FUN. When I was carrying my daughter, I was sick the entire pregnancy, I had to be hospitalized 9 times for dehydration, I gained 17 lbs with her, and she weighed 9 lbs. when she was born. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but sometimes it just happens like that. Good luck! I hope everything goes well!

It will pass. Just have some soda crackers and hot tea often. What is happening is your body is using all the food your taken in, only it needs to feed two. Eat more often, 5-6 meals a day. Eat wisely of course, not just snacks and junk food. Drink alot of water or tea. Congratulations and good luck! hugs

this could be your heart, not 2 worry tell your Dr. I experienced rapid heart or irregular heart palpitations at times and was told that maybe I'm not getting enough fluids since my body needs more but none the less my Dr. sent me to a cardiologist and found that I have a small heart murmur and I'm going to have an echo cardiogram this Thursday to see if things are okay.

Have you had your blood pressure checked (low/high?) You should mention this to your doctor. You should eat regularly and make sure you drink enough. Also make sure you are healthy - rest regularly. When you feel lightheaded, sit down!

Try small frequent meals, say every 2 or 3 hours to see if it helps with the nausea. I would ask for a second opinion on the dizzyness!!
