That the people promoting leaving ones spouse, in answer after answer in this same section, appear to be desperate, spamming and weak client building family attorneys who probably had a bad childhood or will sell anything they have for dough??

I was talking to my labor attorney about this earlier today, and most of my family are attorneys, and agree with this unhappiness and desperate, evil-disturbed projected side to their picking this type of law. Go ahead, check out some of the answerers answers in this section......you'll get a laugh

Juno Skin, your post is below:(I'm like this)

your question is hard to understand. ( Capitalization is part of grammar, I am sorry you cannot understand things, which I will also prove in this segment) the only thing i understood is that you're trying to say that if somebody wants to leave his/her spouse -- they appear desperate and weak. (The failure to capitalize the i in self proclamation is a sign of low self-esteem. If you DID understand, I wrote the spamming for such an advance by attorneys was deperate and weak-yer sorta slow pal, BUT, you did admit it)

the rest -- didn't make sense.
sure, you came from a "family of attorneys" but ARE YOU an attorney as well? if yes, i can't imagine which grammar school you went to.

Well, no wonder you have that idea, most attorney's I have ever met lack common sense. They may have the degrees, but anything that doesnt pertain to the Law they are clueless. I find attorneys boring and dull....and they really havent got a clue about life in general. Looks like you are picking up on the boring and dull bit...you shouldnt hang around with so many attorney's because you are learning nothing about life. Your question lacks maturity. It lacks knowledge, it lacks a healthy knowledge about life. Why dont you post a really intelligent question next time...use bigger words...that will help a lot.....show people how intelligent you are...confuse them with big words..it works all the time.

I'm trying to understand your point.
So then, you're basically saying that attorneys could give better guidance?
It doesn't make sense to me, because... why, if attorneys are experts on whether to leave or not to leave a marriage partner... why then are they attorneys... instead of psychiatrists?
I mean, attorneys provide laws... their field of expertise is in "law"... so, how does that make them the best judge concerning matters of the heart/mind>>> (judging whether staying or leaving is best for the person who is troubled about their marriage)?

Some lawyers are "ambulance chasers".......... that's how they get clients, in their own sick fashion. I would agree with you that they do use unsavory tactics, both in and out of court. Fortunatly there are enough good honest lawyers to offset the bad ones.

I haven't noticed answers with a legal/attny/client building slant. Are you trying to promote that?

There's nothing like a nasty divorce to make you hate marriage. Mind you, if you like to argue, if you like to manipulate, if you like to make people cry, it's a great segment of law to be involved in.
