Happens to me everytime I dream of falling, not so often now

Yes, it's startling, isn't it? In class, I dozed off, dreamed I fell off a cliff, and I really jerked (I know the whole class noticed)! How embarrassing!

Yes I do for instance I will be sleeping like a baby but then all of a sudden in my dream I start to feel like I or someone falls off of something and I can't help them. That really moves me!

Yes. One time I dreamed that I was walking down a wooden spiral stair case. The walls were black shiny bricks. I was walking down and skipped a step. I was about to fall but my body jerked me awake.

That happens to me quite frequently, and it wakes me up.
I also dream that I get hit in the head with something, usually from behind, and I can feel the impact from the blow.
I find it quite discomforting.

yes that is like so true and every time i dream of someone running me i always have my foot hurt or something i find it wierd but intersting it a cool thing

never dreamt of falling but i do dream that someone is throwing something heavy at me and i sit up really fast and wake up gasping for breath.....
