Yes I like all meats well done. I don't want to see any blood running out of them after they have been cooked

I used to eat everything well done. Over time, I have begun to prefer meat at more the medium level (pink, but no blood).
However, I still get physically ill at the thought of runny scrambled eggs.

Ground beef hamburgers yes, because they say that ground meat can get mixed with other meats and bacteria in the grinder so cook it well done. Steaks and whole cuts of meat, no, I like then just a little pink. Chicken and pork, for safety, should be well done.

NO....there is nothing worst than over cooking a Fillet Mignon! Ppl for be shot for ruining a good piece of meat like that....rare all the way. Unless if I'm dining at a.....ahhh....well lesser establishment then I will get medium rare.
