The game involved moving your player around the screen, and under blocks and things that then used to fall into the space. Think the player was a farmer or something. Blocks used to explode when dropped (i think!). Used to love it, and want it for my PC, but cant think what it was called. Please help.

Was it Manic Miner? That had some fantastic music and I'm sure the floor used to sort of drop away like bricks as you moved along it.

It could be Dig Dug. It had brilliant music, and you move along sort of tunneling through the ground and things fall on you. I play it on my PC through a Mame arcade emulator.

Sounds like Dig Dug to me? Not sure... you dug underground and used falling rocks to crush the baddies... or you could pump them up until they explode.
