The best thing you can do, since everybody is different, is talk to her about it. Communication is the key! Ask her what she thinks would help her. During sex, keep talking to each other. It's very healthy (and helpful) to say, "A little slower, a little to the right.. there, that's the spot." so don't be shy!

If you're both at a loss, here are a few ideas.

- Take a bath together, massage each other, try deep breathing exercises. All of these things help relax and encourage blood flow, which equals easier/better orgasms!
- Foreplay, and lots of it. Tease, tickle, kiss, caress. Use your imagination. Give her a lot of time to get the juices flowing before heading to the main course.
- Toys to spice things up. Try getting a vibrating cock ring that has a little nubbly thingy help your wife hit the right spots.
- Variety. Try having sex in different places in the house (if you're able), different positions. Use your imagination on this one too!

Just remember, the most important thing is communication.

Good luck!

It is normal, it is natural, it is statistically average to need clitoral stimulation as a woman, or touching for a woman to achieve orgasm during intercourse. In fact, research reveals that between between 50 and 70 percent of women cannot achieve orgasm by penile thrusting alone. That is why most women need additional direct clitoral stimulation, either just preceding or during intercourse in order to achieve orgasm.

The second most common factor is tiredness or general illness. Our bodies aren't machines - you can't get an orgasm just by pressing the right button. If you're feeling rundown, your body's priority is sleep and recuperation, not sexual gratification.

This is actually pretty common. Most women do not orgasm from penetration alone. When you are inside of her, try massaging her clitoris with your free hand.

When you consider that her clitoris is a lot like your penis, you can understand how important it is to feel stimulation there.

For some women it just doesn't happen that way. It's awesome that you're trying so hard though.

most women have to have clitoral stimulation in order to climax. they make things that you can buy and wear to "rub her the right way" or let her get on top. I can only climax when on top that way you can rub just right.
