How about this for a theory. You know when you have a dream of a place and it feels so real, even though you have or haven't, been to that place before. What if that dream was an out-of-body experience (astral projection). What if ghostly experiences, encountered by other people, are actually people tuned to the same wavelength as your astral body and can only interpret the experience as having seen a ghost. By that token, what if it's possible, not only to project your spirit through time as well as space. It could explain the phenomena of hauntings through the ages. That's not to say that I don't think ghosts exist, I like to keep an open mind on that. When I was a kid, on Holiday in the West Coast of Ireland at my Grans House, there was a neighbour who would stop by most evenings on his way home. He loved chilling us kids with Ghost Stories (I think he put the shivers up a few of the adults as well) which he told us were all true. (Thanks to him I have a real fear of open wardrobes)

Yes i understand what you are saying, astral projection is a form of travelling through time and space.
Most of us do it but are not aware it usually happens during sleep.

Regarding seeing ghosts that is not to do with astral projection and, some only can manage around their own time but some can go way back in time some sceptics disregard that fact but some facts claim that certain people can describe how things where long a go and records proved that what they were saying was true.

Astral projection and seeing a *Ghost* is two different experiences and in no way related...astral projection is nothing to do with time travel...in my experience Astrla projectors..only visit their own time just another place.

Here in Ireland we have more ghost stories per inch than the rest of the world put together lol

How can a "dead 300 years" person project anything? What about ghost ships, not much chance of them doing any Astral plane tricks. What we need, is credible evidence by a non- believer, photographs that are not laughable, film footage, or a Ghost appearing on television. Until then it remains `in the head`.

I am having been practising for a number of years in controlling my astral travel when asleep, I have not managed to direct myself to any particular place or indeed person, but there is one place that I seem to go to a lot, its full of caves, and I have now managed to learn how to move around myself and when I choose to wake up. I have seen a number of spirits when awake, some of them whom I've seen I know are dead, so I'm not to sure what to think.

Not so much since I started taking medication. I really can't recall right now it's all so blurry and vague like some weird dream. I do remember some very large insects if that helps.Bong smoking Praying Mantises.
