i dont think this means you are pregnant. sometimes due to stress or fatigue, our bodies become irratic and you might be experiencing a slight delay this time. i wouldnt worry about it to much. that would just make it worse.

well there are things you need to consider before getting your self all freaked out.

were you safe in your sexual activity this month? Are you on the pill (if so, particularly in your first 3-5 months, your period could be slightly more erratic)? Are you under a particularly large amount of stress? Have you felt any other pregnancy signs (tender, swollen breasts; head aches; nausea; frequent urination etc.)? Do you know when your ovulation is, and if so, did you have (unprotected) sex during your fertile times?

I suggest you go here http://www.babycenter.com/calculators/ovulation/
put in your info, and have it calculate your ovulation, compare the dates it gives you to the dates you think you may have conceived this month.

above all, calm down. If you aren't pregnant, and your period is just late for some other reason, worrying and stressing your self out will only pro-long your period farther, and if you ARE pregnant, worrying and stressing your self out is no good for you OR the baby.

If you're really concerned, go buy a test, or have one done at your free clinic or doctor.

Take a pregnancy test to be sure. Sometimes periods can be unpredictable even though you are regular all the time. I am too, but ocassionally my cycle is interupted by stress or other unknowns. Go ahead theres no need in waiting, if you've already missed your period you should be able to tell right away. Be sure you get prenatal care if you are. Good luck.

Yeah, the brown is dried up blood (perhaps), which could be a number of things. You are four days late, so theoretically, you can get a home test to see.

Good luck! I hope that you get the answer that you want! :)

I would take a test. But it sounds like spotting could be implantation bleeding which means you are pregnant. Good luck!!
