its just one of those inanities they spout along with "Bush lied kids died" there is no actual meaning behind it, just like everything else they say.

Murtha's brother bid on his contracts and had to have the lowest bid to win. Haliburton got no bid contracts. If the Clinton adminastration had given no bid contacts to anyone even if it was for toilet paper let alone billions upon hundreds of billions of dollars to the company that the V.P. was CEO of and STILL gets payments from, you wing nuts would have called a lynch mob together and you'd be foaming at the mouth!!!!

There should be bluster from all citizens left and right on how Haliburton got no-bid contracts, charges the US taxpayer for things its didn't deliver and losing/misappropriating funds.

Same is true for any gov. contractor.

Halliburton just happens to have serious contacts in the governemnt-- some with conflicts of interest (e.g. Chenney).

Do you people not understand accountability?

The Army just fired Halliburton for failing to explain why 1 billion dollars mysteriously disappeared.
