Go as MISS AMERICA or MISS whatever your state is. Wear the dress and a tiara and use some ribbon to make a sash. Put on some make up and Vola Good Luck

I think you're halfway there already - go as a princess or a sprite, wear PJ's and mess up your hair, you could be sleeping beauty. There's always the old 'hobo' idea, wear some old jeans and a flannel shirt that you've ripped up a bit, run thru the dryer, and then rubbed in the dirt. can be smelly tho. *smile*

Just go as Hannah Montana, she wears an above-the-waist jacket, a sparkly or plain shirt, a sparkly scarf, blue jeans, and boots. Have a happy Halloween!

put on a dress to match your tiara and shoes too. then put on some black mascara and a little bit of blush and your set to go as a princess
